Environmental Assessment Report definition

Environmental Assessment Report means the report prepared by the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada pursuant to subsection 25(2) of the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act, 2012 (Canadian Impact Assessment Registry Reference Number 80154).
Environmental Assessment Report has the same meaning as “assessment report” in the EA Act;
Environmental Assessment Report means the written report of the person who has conducted the Environmental Site Assessment;
