Environmental Assessments definition

Environmental Assessments has the meaning set forth in Section 8.17.
Environmental Assessments means (a) the Phase I environmental assessments to be conducted prior to the Closing with respect to the real properties on which the Acquired Companies conduct the Operations, and (b) one or more Phase II environmental assessments that AIDEA elects to have conducted.
Environmental Assessments shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.4.

Environmental Assessments has the meaning set forth in Section 6.5(a)(ii).
Environmental Assessments means any Phase I and Phase II environmental assessments that IGU, at its expense, elects to have conducted prior to the Closing with respect to the real properties on which the Acquired Companies conduct any of the Operations.
Environmental Assessments means the environmental studies and reports to be obtained by Tenant on or before the Commencement Date.
Environmental Assessments means environmental audits, investigations, reviews or testing of the Branch Real Estate, Improvements, Leased Real Estate or Leasehold Improvements (sometimes referred to collectively in this Section 4.4 as the "Subject Assets") performed by Buyer or any third party or consultant engaged by Buyer to conduct such study.
Environmental Assessments means the phase I and, if applicable, phase II environmental site assessments delivered to Agent prior to the Closing Date.
Environmental Assessments means any environmental reports, assessments, and any similar reports obtained by Buyer regarding any of the Tangible Property.
Environmental Assessments means the ASTM Phase I Environmental Site Assessments that Seller has ordered for each Location and each Substitution Location.
