Environmental Certificate definition

Environmental Certificate shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12.2.1.
Environmental Certificate is defined in Section 7.26.
Environmental Certificate means the environmental certificate given by the Borrowers and the Guarantors to the Agent for the benefit of the Lenders pursuant to this Agreement in substantially the form of Exhibit C hereto.

  • The Environmental Certificate dated on or about the date of this Agreement is incorporated herein for all purposes as if fully stated in this Agreement.

More Definitions of Environmental Certificate

Environmental Certificate means the Certificate and Indemnification Regarding Hazardous Substances to be executed by Borrower on or before the Restatement Effective Date as a further inducement to the Banks to establish the Credit Facility, as it may be amended, modified, extended, renewed or restated from time to time.
Environmental Certificate means an appropriately completed environmental certificate in the form of Exhibit G, certified as true and correct as of the date thereof by an executive officer of the Borrower acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
