Environmental Certificate is defined in Section 7.26.

Environmental Certificate means the Certificate and Indemnification Regarding Hazardous Substances to be executed by Borrower on or before the Restatement Effective Date as a further inducement to the Banks to establish the Credit Facility, as it may be amended, modified, extended, renewed or restated from time to time.

More Definitions of Environmental Certificate

Environmental Certificate means the environmental certificate given by the Borrowers and the Guarantors to the Agent for the benefit of the Lenders pursuant to this Agreement in substantially the form of Exhibit C hereto.

Environmental Certificate means an appropriately completed environmental certificate, substantially in the form approved by the Agent, delivered by each of the Borrower and the Subsidiary Guarantors, certified as true and correct as of such date by an Authorized Officer of the Borrower and each Subsidiary Guarantor.
