Environmental Contaminants definition

Environmental Contaminants means any substance, material or waste defined, regulated, listed or prohibited by Environmental Laws.
Environmental Contaminants means “hazardous substances” and “pollutants or contaminants”, as those terms are defined in Section 101 of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (“CERCLA”), petroleum, including any fraction thereof,” and “natural gas, natural liquids, liquefied natural gas, or synthetic gas usable for fuel” as those terms are used in Section 101 of CERCLA, any “solid or hazardous waste” as those terms are defined or used in the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, and any wastes regulated by applicable rules of the Railroad Commission of Texas. The term also includes naturally occurring radioactive material (“NORM”) concentrated, disposed of, released or present on, resulting from, or in association with Hydrocarbon activities.
Environmental Contaminants means (a) any substance which, when it exists in the Building or the water supplied to or in the Building, or when it is released into the Building or any part thereof, or into the water or the natural environment, is likely to cause, at any time, material harm or degradation to the Building or any part thereof, or to the natural environment or material risk to human health, and includes, without limitation, any flammables, explosives, radioactive materials, asbestos, lead paint, PCBs, fungal contaminants (including, without limitation, and by way of example, stachybotrys chartarum and other moulds), mercury and its compounds, dioxins and furans, chlordane (DDT), polychlorinated biphenyls, chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs), hydro- chlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs), volatile organic compounds (VOCs), urea formaldehyde foam insulation, radon gas, chemicals known to cause cancer or reproductive toxicity, pollutants, contaminants, hazardous wastes, toxic or noxious substances or related materials, petroleum and petroleum products, or (b) any substance declared to be hazardous or toxic under any Environmental Laws now or hereafter enacted or promulgated by any Authorities, or (c) both (a) and (b).

Environmental Contaminants means any pollutant, waste, contaminant, or hazardous or toxic material, substance or waste.
Environmental Contaminants means any contaminants, pollutants, hazardous, corrosive or toxic Substances, flammable materials, explosive materials, radioactive materials, dangerous goods, hazardous waste, petroleum products and by-products, dangerous Substances, hauled liquid wastes, industrial wastes, urea formaldehyde, asbestos, noxious Substances, compounds known as chlorobiphenyls, mould, and any other Substance or material the storage, manufacture, disposal, treatment, generation, use, transport, remediation, or Release of which into the Environment is or may in the future be prohibited, regulated, controlled, or licensed under Environmental Laws;
Environmental Contaminants means any contaminants, pollutants, hazardous, corrosive or toxic substances, flammable materials, explosive materials, radioactive materials, dangerous goods, waste, urea formaldehyde, asbestos, noxious substances, compounds known as chlorobiphenyls, special waste, and any other substance or material, the storage, manufacture, disposal, treatment, generation, use, transport, remediation, or release of which into the environment is prohibited, regulated, controlled, or licensed under Environmental Laws; and
Environmental Contaminants means any substance (whether a solid, liquid or gas and whether or not combined with one or more other substances) which may cause harm to the health of living organisms or other interference with the ecological systems of which they form part (together the Environmental Contaminants).
Environmental Contaminants means any contaminants, pollutants, hazardous, corrosive or toxic substances, flammable, explosive or radioactive materials, noxious substances, mould, and any other substances or material the storage, manufacture, disposal, treatment, generation, use, transport, remediation or release of which into the environment is prohibited, regulated, controlled or licensed under Environmental Laws;
Environmental Contaminants is defined in Section 5.14.
Environmental Contaminants shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 5.14.
