Environmental Expert definition

Environmental Expert means a well-reputed company specialised in environmental matters determined by the Independent Expert to the extent that the Relevant Event is a court order for Decontamination and Clearance.
Environmental Expert means EFI Global, Inc. or such other environmental services firm reasonably satisfactory to the Lessor.
Environmental Expert means an expert appointed by the Purchaser from any of the expert firms listed in Annex 58. The Seller shall be entitled to once reject the Purchaser's choice of expert, provided that a subsequent alternative choice of the Purchaser shall be binding for the parties hereto.

Examples of Environmental Expert in a sentence

  • The Lessor shall have received a copy of the “Phase I” environmental assessment (or its equivalent) of the Site by the Environmental Expert, and, if such assessment indicates any exceptions reasonably requiring remedy or further investigation, a further environmental assessment of the Site by such Environmental Expert satisfactory to the Lessor.

  • The Environmental Expert shall not make any other award or grant any other remedy, whether or not prohibited or contemplated by this Agreement, and shall certify, as necessary, the resolution of such Environmental Disputed Matters (or in the case of a Termination Dispute Notice, such Unagreed Termination Environmental Matters, as applicable) to the Accounting Referee under Section 14.1.

  • The Environmental Expert shall make a separate determination with respect to each Open Environmental Defect.

  • The fees and expenses of the Environmental Expert shall be paid 50% by Seller and 50% by Purchaser.

Vironment, LP, or if it declines or is unable to act in such capacity, AECOM, or if it declines or is unable to act in such capacity, by an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado with at least 10 years of experience in Environmental Law in oil and gas related matters that does not have a material relationship with any Party and that is reasonably acceptable to Seller and Purchaser.
