Environmental Guidelines definition

Environmental Guidelines means the environmental guidelines and occupational health and safety standards of the World Bank Group as in effect on [Bid Date].
Environmental Guidelines means with respect to the Investment Project and the State-Owned Enterprise: (i) the General Environmental, Health, and Safety Guidelines of the World Bank Group and (ii) the Industry Sector Guidelines specified in Annex 4A, in each case as in effect on the Effective Date.
Environmental Guidelines means the environmental guidelines delivered by MCC to the Government or posted by MCC on its website or otherwise publicly made available, as such guidelines may be amended from time to time.

More Definitions of Environmental Guidelines

Environmental Guidelines has the meaning provided in Section 2.7(c).
Environmental Guidelines the environmental guidelines for Private Parties operating within the protected areas under the management control of SANParks set forth in Annexure V, as same may be revised and updated by SANParks from time to time;

Environmental Guidelines means the Environmental Guidelines dated March 8, 2004, adopted by MOI through Decision 2249/QD-XXXX dated August 26, 2004 and by EVN through Instruction 4329/CV-EVN-KD & DNT dated September 1, 2004, and satisfactory to the Association, which sets forth policies and procedures for the preparation of Environmental Assessment for the Project activities of each Project Province, referred to in paragraph 10 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement and in paragraph 3 of Schedule 2 to the Project Agreement.
Environmental Guidelines means the environmental guidelines, dated November 29, 2006, adopted by the Borrower, which set forth the rules and procedures for environmental screening and for the carrying out the environmental assessments and preparing environmental management plans for the activities to be implemented after the first year implementation during the period of Project implementation, as the same may be amended from time to time with the prior agreement of the Bank.
