Environmental Hazardous Materials definition

Environmental Hazardous Materials means: (A) any petroleum or petroleum products, radioactive materials, asbestos in any form that is or could become friable, urea formaldehyde foam insulation, and transformers or other equipment that contain dielectric fluid containing levels of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) and radon gas; and (B) any chemicals, materials or substances which are now defined as or included in the definition of "hazardous substances," "hazardous wastes," "hazardous materials," "extremely hazardous wastes," "restricted hazardous wastes," "toxic substances," "toxic pollutants," or words of similar import, under any Environmental Law; and (C) any other chemical, material, substance or waste, exposure to which is now prohibited, limited or regulated by any governmental authority.
Environmental Hazardous Materials means: (A) any petroleum or petroleum products, radioactive materials, asbestos in any form, urea formaldehyde foam insulation, and transformers or other equipment that contain dielectric fluid containing levels of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) and radon gas; and (B) any chemicals, materials or substances which are defined as or included in the definition of "hazardous substances," "hazardous wastes," "hazardous materials," "extremely hazardous wastes," "restricted hazardous wastes," "toxic substances," "toxic pollutants," or words of similar import, under any Environmental Law; and (C) any other chemical, material, substance or waste, exposure to which is prohibited, limited or regulated by any governmental authority because of its impact on human health or the environment.
Environmental Hazardous Materials means: (A) any petroleum or petroleum products, radioactive materials, asbestos in any form that is or could become friable, urea formaldehyde foam insulation, and transformers, compressors or other equipment that contain dielectric fluid containing levels of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) and radon gas; and (B) any chemicals, materials or substances which are now defined as or included in the definition of "hazardous substances," "hazardous wastes," "hazardous materials," "extremely hazardous wastes," "restricted hazardous wastes," "toxic substances," "toxic pollutants," or words of similar import, under any Environmental Law; and (C) any products or byproducts related to the manufacture of gas or related to gas manufacturing; and (D) any other chemical, material, substance or waste, exposure to which is now prohibited, limited or regulated by any governmental authority under any Environmental Law.

Applicable Environmental Laws means any applicable Federal, state, or local government law (including common law), statute, rule, regulation, ordinance, permit, license, requirement, agreement or approval, or any applicable determination, judgment, injunction, directive, prohibition or order of any governmental authority with jurisdiction at any level of Federal, state, or local government, relating to pollution or protection of the environment, ecology, natural resources, or public health or safety.
Environmental Hazardous Materials means those materials which are regulated by or from the basis of liability under any Environmental Law including, without limitation, asbestos, petroleum and petroleum products, polychlorinated biphenyls ("PCBs"), and radioactive substances.
