Environmental Licences definition

Environmental Licences means any permit, licence, approval, consent, registration or other authorisation required by or pursuant to any applicable Environmental Laws or relating to Environmental Matters;

Environmental Licences means all licences, certificates, consents, exemptions, permits, registrations, authorisations, permissions and approvals, required under any Environmental Law;
