Each Loan Party will, and will cause each of its Subsidiaries to keep any property either owned or operated by any Loan Party or its Subsidiaries free of any Environmental Liens or post bonds or other financial assurances sufficient to satisfy the obligations or liability evidenced by such Environmental Liens, in each case, except as could not reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect).
Indemnitor shall keep the Site, and shall cause the Site to be kept, free and clear of all Environmental Conditions and Environmental Liens.
