The environmental impact report or the mitigated negative declaration requires specific Environmental Mitigation Measures to be completed in connection with the Project.
The Design-Builder shall prepare all reports, make all information submittals and provide all notices to all Governmental Bodies required by all Governmental Approvals, Environmental Mitigation Measures and under Applicable Law with respect to the Design-Build Work.
The Design-Builder shall report to the Owner and, as appropriate, other Governmental Bodies, immediately upon obtaining knowledge thereof, all violations of the terms and conditions of any Governmental Approval, Environmental Mitigation Measures or Applicable Law pertaining to the Design-Build Improvements.
