Environmental Releases definition

Environmental Releases means releases as defined in CERCLA or under any applicable state or local environmental law or regulation.
Environmental Releases means releases (as defined in CERCLA or under any applicable state or local environmental law or regulation) of Hazardous Materials. Environmental Releases does not include releases for which no remediation or reporting is required by applicable Environmental Requirements and which do not present a danger to health, safety or the environment.
Environmental Releases means any spill, leak, pumping, pouring, emission, discharge, injection, escape, leaching, dumping, disposing, or other entering into the Environment of any Hazardous Substance at, in, by, from or related to the Premises, whether known or unknown, intentional or unintentional.

Environmental Releases means releases as defined in CERCLA or under any applicable federal, state or local environmental law or regulation and shall include, in any event, any release of petroleum or petroleum related products.
Environmental Releases means any spill, leak, emission, emptying, escaping, injection, deposit, discharge, disposal, escape, dumping, leaching, migrating, movement, placing, presence, pumping, pouring, seeping or release of a Hazardous Substance.
