EOL Date definition

EOL Date means the date that new Goods (not including Service Units) are last required.
EOL Date means, with respect to a CGISS Product the date on which Freescale has notified CGISS that such that such product has been placed on “End of Life” status which notice shall be as provided as set forth in the Master Semiconductor Purchase Agreement with respect to CGISS Products expressly referenced in such agreement.

Examples of EOL Date in a sentence

  • Seller shall allow 3PARdata to continue to purchase Seller drive carriers for installation on Products that have reached their EOL Date for the duration of the original warranty period or [***] after the EOL Date, whichever is more favorable to 3PARdata and provided 3PARdata has provided Seller with a forecast at the EOL Date.

  • Repair, Outside Product Warranty Period, Inside Product EOL Date.

  • Apple will provide Supplier with a Forecast on at least [CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUESTED] until the EOL Date.

  • If you do not notify OVHcloud prior to the EOL Date of your intent to cease using the OVHcloud Service and/or rejection of a replacement OVHcloud Service offering, then you will be deemed to have accepted the OVHcloud Service offer and will migrate to it for the remainder of your Service Term.

  • The satellites in Globalstar’s existing satellite constellation have a specified Manufacturer-Specified EOL Date and will need to be replaced in order for Globalstar to reliably continue or expand the Satellite Services.

  • At the EOL Date, the Service will be disabled and associated Support Services will cease.

Related to EOL Date

  • Employment Date means the first date as of which an Employee is credited with an Hour of Service, provided that, in the case of a Break in Service, the Employment Date shall be the first date thereafter as of which an Employee is credited with an Hour of Service.

  • Initial Termination Date has the meaning set forth in Section 9.1(b)(i).

  • Retention Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.01 of this Agreement.

  • Vesting Commencement Date means the Grant Date or such other date selected by the Committee as the date from which an Award begins to vest.

  • Change of Control Date means the date on which a Change of Control occurs.
