Equipment Breakdown definition

Equipment Breakdown as used herein means:
Equipment Breakdown means a sudden and accidental:

Equipment Breakdown means a mechanical breakdown of equipment at the Facility that is not the result of a Force Majeure that is an act of God or public enemy; landslide; sinkhole; lightning; earthquake; fire (unless caused by Seller's willful misconduct or failure to follow Prudent Utility Practice); storm; ice; snow; hurricane; tornado; wind; flood; riot; civil disturbance; insurrection; war; sabotage; terrorism; failure of contractors or suppliers (including, in the case of Seller, OUC and other Customers providing services to Seller) to provide fuel, equipment, material or services, provided that such failure would qualify as a Force Majeure under Section 1.1.44 if such failure were directly experienced by the applicable Party.
Equipment Breakdown means the following:
Equipment Breakdown will not mean: Physical loss or damage caused by or resulting from any of the following; however, if loss or damage not otherwise excluded results, then “we” will pay for such resulting damage: All losses excluded in the underlying coverage forms noted above; and Loss, damage, cost or expense directly caused by, contributed to by, resulting from or arising out of the following causes of loss: Fire, lightning, combustion explosion, windstorm or hail, weight of snow, ice or sleet, freezing, falling objects, smoke, aircraft or vehicles, riot or civil commotion, vandalism, sinkhole collapse, volcanic action, leakage from fire extinguishing equipment, water, water damage, earth movement and flood.
Equipment Breakdown as used herein means physical loss or damage, both originating within:
Equipment Breakdown. “We” will pay “you” the amount “you” spend to repair or replace “your” Covered Property damaged by an “Equipment Breakdown”. Our payment will be the lesser of:
Equipment Breakdown. The most “we” will pay for Poultry is $25,000 for direct loss or consequential loss including suffocation. Regardless of the number of claims, this limit is the most “we” will pay for the total of all loss or damage arising out of all occurrences of an “Equipment Breakdown” which take place in a 12-month period (starting with the beginning of the present annual policy period).
Equipment Breakdown coverage is subject to a $1,000 per Occurrence Deductible.
