Equipment Charges definition

Equipment Charges means rental charges payable or receivable and other payments or receipts applicable to the Equipment;
Equipment Charges means the charges or costs that We are required to pay to the Electricity Distributor or Gas Transporter’s Agent or incur ourselves for work carried out on the Equipment including, but are not limited to, (a) charges or costs for damage to the Equipment (including the meters) where the damage is Your fault; (b) charges or costs for carrying out meter accuracy tests as requested by You and the results show that there is no fault with the meter; (c) charges or costs for warrants of entry that may have been applied for to access an Address; (d) charges or costs for attending the Address for the purpose of inspecting or changing a meter; or (e) any charges or costs associated with changing a meter;
Equipment Charges. : means charges that we are required to pay to the Meter Provider or incur ourselves where work is carried out on the Equipment and include, but are not limited to the following: (a) damage to the Equipment (including your meter) if the damage is your fault;

Examples of Equipment Charges in a sentence

  • Sprint PCS will apply as a credit to any other fees under this section 10.2 owing by Sprint PCS to Manager an amount equal to the amount of the Allocated Write-offs for Customer Equipment Charges.

  • If you return the Leased Equipment in accordance with this Agreement (including, without limitation, the RCA), the Unreturned Equipment Charge(s) that you have paid to DISH, if any, will be refunded upon DISH’s receipt of the applicable Leased Equipment.

More Definitions of Equipment Charges

Equipment Charges means charges that we are required to pay to the Meter Provider or incur ourselves where work is carried out on the Equipment and include, but are not limited to the following: (i) damage to the Equipment (including your Meter) if the damage is your fault,(ii) carrying out a Meter accuracy test if you ask for this and we do not find a fault with the Meter, (iii) warrants of entry that may have to be applied for, (iv) visits to the Address relating to inspecting or changing the Meter, and (v) any costs associated with changing the Meter;
