Equipment Inventory definition

Equipment Inventory means the inventory contained in Appendix 4 to Annex 1;

• GRANTEE will submit an Equipment Inventory Report which provides a record of the current inventory of items purchased, disposed of, replaced or transferred for any equipment that was purchased with grant funds.

Equipment Inventory means Inventory of any Borrower consisting of equipment held for sale or lease to third parties and equipment while on lease to third parties;

Equipment Inventory. The Board agrees that no member of the bargaining unit shall be held responsible for the removal of inventoried equipment from the member’s classroom without the member’s documented knowledge. Once equipment is removed from the member’s classroom with the member’s knowledge, the member shall no longer be held responsible for said equipment. Responsibility for the inventoried item shall be transferred to the documented recipient of the equipment. It shall be the responsibility of the building principal to authorize all classrooms inventoried equipment changes and to maintain a current file revealing the location of all inventoried equipment.

Equipment Inventory. In addition to the above requested information, SJCR shall annually furnish SJC a written inventory of all collection vehicles used in providing service. Cleaning and Maintenance: SJCR shall maintain all collection vehicles, properties, facilities and equipment used in providing service under the Contract in a safe, neat, clean and operable condition. Maintenance of collection vehicles: SJCR shall inspect each collection vehicle daily to ensure that all equipment is operating properly. Collection vehicles which are not operating properly shall be taken out of service until they are repaired and operate properly. For example: if an automated vac ran (2) - 8 hour shifts in a day it would count as (2) units towards (15) unit requirement.
