Equipment package definition

Equipment package means distributed generation facility assembled to include not only a generator or electric source but related peripheral devices that facilitate operation of the distributed generation.

  • If HSAC rents any equipment that is part of the Home Equipment Package to a Data Subscriber, then HSAC shall be entitled to retain 100% of such rentals up to a maximum of $14.95 per month per Data Subscriber, and all rentals in excess of such amount will be divided equally between HSAC and Operators.
