  • For the purpose of remedying any breach of paragraph (a) above, the Permitted Equity Cure Amount shall be treated as though it had been received and applied in reduction of Senior Debt, Junior Debt or Borrowings on (i) the Relevant Testing Date for the purposes of calculating Group RAR and (ii) the first day of the Relevant Testing Period for the purpose of calculating Group ICR.
