Equity Cure Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.01(d)(ii).

• The Equity Cure Notice shall set forth the calculation of the applicable Equity Cure Amount (as defined below) and be certified by a Financial Officer of the Borrower.

Equity Cure Amount means an amount equal to: (i) in respect of a breach of Interest Cover, Mezzanine ICR and/or Mezzanine DSCR, the amount by which the Loans are required to be reduced at the start of the relevant Test Period in order to satisfy Interest Cover, Mezzanine ICR and/or Mezzanine DSCR if such Financial Covenant(s) were re-tested; (ii) in respect of a breach of Aggregate Total Net Debt to Market Value and/or Aggregate Net Debt to Vacant Possession Value, the amount by which the Loans are required to be reduced on the date falling immediately prior to the relevant Reference Date in order to satisfy Aggregate Total Net Debt to Market Value and/or Aggregate Total Net Debt to Vacant Possession Value if such Financial Covenant(s) were re-tested; and (iii) in respect of a breach of Restricted Senior Leverage, the amount by which the Senior Loans are required to be reduced on the relevant Reference Date in order to satisfy Restricted Senior Leverage if such Financial Covenant were re-tested.
