Equity Financing Sources definition

Equity Financing Sources shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.8(a).
Equity Financing Sources has the meaning set forth in Section 5.12.
Equity Financing Sources means the Persons (if any) that have committed to provide or otherwise entered into agreements in connection with the Equity Financing, including the parties to the Equity Commitment Letters and any joinder agreements entered into pursuant thereto or relating thereto.

Equity Financing Sources means each of the parties to the OpCo Purchaser Equity Commitment Letter (other than OpCo Purchaser) and their respective former, current and future Affiliates, and each of former, current and future equityholders, members, partners, or representatives and any heirs, executors, successors and assigns, in each case, of any of the foregoing.
