Equity Grant means any compensatory grant of Stock, options with respect to Stock, restricted Stock, Stock appreciation rights or any other compensatory grant (whether or not such grant is payable in stock) the value of which is determined with reference to Stock valuation.
Equity Grant means any stock option, restricted stock award, or other equity grant under the Company’s long-term incentive plans.
Equity Grant means Equity Interests issued within 365 days after May 1, 2020 by Liberty/Revolution Top Parent to Xxxxx Xxxxxx; provided that no more than 5% of the Equity Interests issued by Liberty/Revolution Top Parent as of May 1, 2020 may be so issued.
Examples of Equity Grant in a sentence
Each Equity Grant shall be effected on the last Business Day of each applicable Calendar Year and the corresponding grant date shall be such date.
If the Term ends prior to the end of a Calendar Year, the Equity Grant for such Calendar Year shall be pro-rated for such Calendar Year and such Equity Grant shall be effected within five (5) Business Days of the end of the Term.
