Equity Incentive Plans definition

Equity Incentive Plans means any equity incentive plans for officers, employees or Directors of the Company.
Equity Incentive Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 6.28.
Equity Incentive Plans means, collectively, the (i) 2018 Equity Plan and (ii) 2021 Equity Plan.

Equity Incentive Plans means any stock option, stock purchase or other stock incentive plan maintained by CBI Holdings Inc. or any parent or affiliated company.

Stock Option Plan, (v) 1998 Stock Incentive Plan, (vi) 1998 Director Stock Option Plan, (vii) 1998 Employee Stock Purchase Plan and (viii) 1996 Stock Incentive Plan, each as amended, and any other stock option, issuance, appreciation rights or other equity incentive plan for the directors, officers and employees of, and consultants to, the Company, which plan has been approved by the Board or appropriate committee thereof.
Equity Incentive Plans means the EPIP and the ESOIP.
