Equity Instruments definition

Equity Instruments means options, warrants, convertible loans, subscription rights or any other securities or instruments of the Company, outstanding from time to time, which can be converted into Shares or carry or have attached thereto a right to subscribe for Shares;
Equity Instruments means any Warrant (including the common stock issuable upon exercise under each Warrant) and any Preferred Stock issued from time to time by Borrower, in each case, pursuant to the Securities Purchase Agreement.
Equity Instruments means options, warrants, convertible loans, subscription rights or any other securities or instruments of the Company, outstanding from time to time, which can be converted into shares in the Company or carry or have attached thereto a right to subscribe for shares in the Company.

Force Majeure Event means an event of fire, lightning, explosion, flood, hurricane, act of God, war, terrorism, civil disorder, epidemics, plagues, strikes; boycotts, and lock-outs of all kinds and go-slows (excluding boycotts, strikes, lock-outs and go-slows FSP means a financial services provider as defined in FAIS. I-Ex means Equity Express Securities Exchange Proprietary Limited, a company duly incorporated as such under the Companies Act with registration number 2015/197820/07 and a licensed exchange in terms of section 9 of the FMA.
