Equity Payments definition

Equity Payments is defined in Section 18.2(e)(1)(b).
Equity Payments shall have the meaning set forth in Article 2.3.2.
Equity Payments means amounts received by Myogen for investments by the sublicensee in Myogen to obtain an equity position in Myogen in connection with its Myogen sublicensing activity. "Sublicensee" means a Third Party that enters into a sublicense agreement with Myogen providing a sublicense to such Third Party under Myogen's license provided by this Agreement.
