Equity Proportion definition

Equity Proportion means, in relation to Red or Olive Holdco:
Equity Proportion means the number of Shares held by a Shareholder (together with its Permitted Transferees) and expressed as a proportion of the total number of Shares, save that if the term is used in the context of some (but not all) of the Shareholders, it shall mean the number of Shares held by the relevant Shareholder (together with its Permitted Transferees) expressed as a proportion of the Shares held by all the Shareholders;
Equity Proportion means, with respect to any Equity Participant, the percentage set forth next to such Equity Participant’s name on Exhibit B hereto.

  • In the event that either Yandex or Uber does not subscribe for its Pro-rata Entitlement fully, that Shareholder's Equity Proportion may be diluted accordingly.

Equity Proportion means the total number of Ordinary Shares held by, or by a broker, dealer, bank, nominee or other intermediary for the benefit of, SBG and its Affiliates divided by the total number of Ordinary Shares issued and outstanding from time to time, expressed as a percentage;
