Equity Provider definition

Equity Provider of a Respondent means an individual, corporation, joint venture, partnership or other legal entity who will have an ownership or equity interest in the Project, as identified in the Respondent’s Response and as may be changed pursuant to this RFQ or the RFP.
Equity Provider of a Proponent means an individual, corporation, joint venture, partnership or other legal entity who will have an ownership or equity interest in the Project, as identified in the Proponent’s RFQ Response and as may have been changed pursuant to the RFQ or as may be changed pursuant to this RFP.
