Equity Provider definition

Equity Provider of a Respondent means an individual, corporation, joint venture, partnership or other legal entity who will have an ownership or equity interest in the Project, as identified in the Respondent’s Response and as may be changed pursuant to this RFQ or the RFP.
Equity Provider of a Proponent means an individual, corporation, joint venture, partnership or other legal entity who will have an ownership or equity interest in the Project, as identified in the Proponent’s RFQ Response and as may have been changed pursuant to the RFQ or as may be changed pursuant to this RFP.
Equity Provider has the meaning set forth in Section 4.7.

Examples of Equity Provider in a sentence

  • No amendment, modification or waiver of any provision hereof shall be enforceable unless approved by Parent and the Equity Provider in writing.
