Equity Purchase definition

Equity Purchase has the meaning set forth in the recitals.
Equity Purchase has the meaning in the definition of the term "Equity Hybrid Security."
Equity Purchase means any redemption, acquisition, purchase or other retirement of any ownership interests of any Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, other than upon any conversion thereof into or exchange thereof for other units of such Borrower’s or any of its Subsidiaries’ ownership interests.

  • Upon necessary tax withholding and payment for the Equity Purchase Price in accordance with the PRC laws, if necessary, Party A or the Designee shall pay the Equity Purchase Price to the account designated by Party B within seven (7) days as of the official transfer of the Purchased Equity to Party A or the Designee.
