Equity Sellers definition

Equity Sellers means the Chinese Equity Seller and X. X. Xxxxx Holdings II B.V., a company organized and existing under the laws of the Netherlands.

Equity Sellers means Spheris Operations LLC and Spheris Canada Inc.

• Except as set forth on Schedule 4.05(d), none of Seller, the Equity Sellers nor any Purchased Subsidiary is a party to any voting trust or other agreement with respect to the voting, redemption, sale, transfer or other disposition of the interests of any Purchased Subsidiary.
