Equity Value means the price an item can be reasonably expected to sell for on the local open market minus any encumbrances.
Equity Value means the FMV minus any amount you owe on the resource.

Examples of Equity Value in a sentence
The aggregate purchase price for the sale of the Sold Stocks ("Purchase Price") shall amount to the product (Produkt) of the number of Sold Stocks and the Equity Value per Stock.
