Equivalent Services definition

Equivalent Services shall have the meaning set out in Clause 6.3;

Equivalent Services means services which the Supplier can supply which are the same or similar to the Services;

Equivalent Services has the meaning given to it in paragraph 1.3 of Schedule 11 (Benchmarking).

Examples of Equivalent Services in a sentence

• Where NBN Co makes an SS Product Release, it will publish a public White Paper which outlines how the NBN can be used to provide the SS Equivalent Services.

• In the event that any Other Contracting Body makes an approach to the Supplier with a request for the supply of Equivalent Services, the Supplier shall promptly and in any event within five (5) Working Days of the request by the Other Contracting Body, and before any supply of Equivalent Services is made, inform such Other Contracting Body of the existence of this Framework and the Other Contracting Body’s ability to award Call Off Agreements for Services pursuant to this Framework Agreement.

• In the event that any Other Contracting Body makes an approach to the Supplier with a request for the supply of services which are the same as or similar to the Services ("Equivalent Services"), the Supplier shall promptly and in any event within five (5) Working Days of the request by the Other Contracting Body, and before any supply of Equivalent Services is made, inform such Other Contracting Body of the existence of this Framework and its ability to place Orders for Services pursuant to it.

• In the event that any Other Contracting Body makes an approach to the Supplier with a request for the supply of Equivalent Services, the Supplier shall promptly and in any event within five (5) Working Days of the request by the Other Contracting Body, and before any supply of Equivalent Services is made, inform such Other Contracting Body of the existence of this Framework and its ability to award Call Off Agreements for Services pursuant to it.

• Comparison Sample: a sample of Comparable Customers receiving Equivalent Services, under agreements that have been entered into within 6 months prior to the benchmarking review wherever reasonably practicable, and in any case within 12 months.

Equivalent Services means any information supplied to the Supplier by or on behalf of CCS prior to the Framework Commencement Date; means the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 together with any guidance and/or codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner or relevant Government department in relation to such regulations; means services which the Supplier can supply which are the same or similar to the Services;

Equivalent Services is defined in paragraph 25.1.4;

Equivalent Services means services that are materially similar to the Services (including in terms of scope, specification, geographical coverage, volume and quality of performance) that are generally available and are supplied by a provider of services that are substitutes for or otherwise similar to the Services to a Supplier similar in size to PPECB over a similar period; and
