ERISA Reportable Event definition

ERISA Reportable Event. A reportable event with respect to a Guaranteed Pension Plan within the meaning of §4043 of ERISA and the regulations promulgated thereunder as to which the requirement of notice has not been waived.
ERISA Reportable Event means a reportable event with respect to a Guaranteed Pension Plan within the meaning of Section 4043 of ERISA and the regulations promulgated thereunder as to which the requirement of notice has not been waived.

More Definitions of ERISA Reportable Event

ERISA Reportable Event means a reportable event as defined in Section 4043 of ERISA and the regulations issued under such Section, with respect to an ERISA Plan, excluding, however, such events as to which the PBGC has by regulation waived the requirement of Section 4043(a) of ERISA that it be notified within 30 days of the occurrence of such event, provided that a failure to meet the minimum funding standard of Section 412 of the Code and of Section 302 of ERISA shall be a reportable event regardless of the issuance of any such waivers in accordance with Section 412(d) of the Code.
ERISA Reportable Event means any of the events set forth in Section 4043(b) of ERISA, other than an event for which the 30-day notice period is waived under subsections .13, .14, .16, .18, .19 or .20 of PBGC Reg. ss.2615.

  • Company ERISA Affiliate means all employers (whether or not incorporated) that would be treated together with the Company or any of its Subsidiaries as a “single employer” within the meaning of Section 414 of the Code.

  • Multiemployer Plan means a multiemployer plan as defined in Section 4001(a)(3) of ERISA.

  • ERISA Affiliate means any trade or business (whether or not incorporated) that, together with the Borrower, is treated as a single employer under Section 414(b) or (c) of the Code or, solely for purposes of Section 302 of ERISA and Section 412 of the Code, is treated as a single employer under Section 414 of the Code.

In addition, Lessor may (but without any obligation to do so) condition its consent to any Reportable Use of any Hazardous Substance by Lessee upon Lessee's giving Lessor such additional assurances as Lessor, in its reasonable discretion, deems necessary to protect itself, the public, the Premises and the environment against damage, contamination or injury and/or liability therefor, including but not limited to the installation (and, at Lessor's option, removal on or before Lease expiration or earlier termination) of reasonably necessary protective modifications to the Premises (such as concrete encasements) and/or the deposit of an additional Security Deposit under Paragraph 5 hereof.

  • PBGC means the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation.

  • ERISA Plans means “employee benefit plans” within the meaning of Section 3(3) of ERISA.
