Escalation to Executive Notice definition

Escalation to Executive Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 20.11.1.
Escalation to Executive Notice is defined in Section 8.13(b).
Escalation to Executive Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 11.2(c). “Escalation to Mediation Date” has the meaning set forth in Section 11.2(c). “Excluded Assets” has the meaning set forth in Section 1.3.

Examples of Escalation to Executive Notice in a sentence

  • If the Executives cannot resolve any Dispute during the time period ending fifteen (15) Business Days after the date of the Escalation to Executive Notice (the last day of such time period, the “Escalation to Mediation Date”), either Party may initiate mediation under Section 11.2(d).

  • If the Executives cannot resolve any Dispute during the time period ending fifteen (15) Business Days after the date of the Escalation to Executive Notice (the last day of such time period, the “Escalation to Mediation Date”), either Party may initiate mediation under Section 20.11.2.

  • If the Executives cannot resolve any Dispute during the time period ending fifteen (15) after the date of the Escalation to Executive Notice (the last day of such time period, the “Escalation to Mediation Date”), any Party may initiate mediation under Section 13.10.3.

  • Property Notice means any order, notice, proposal, demand or other requirement issued by any competent authority (including the Landlord) which materially affects the Academy Trust’s ability to use the Land for the purposes of the Academy.
