Escrow Funds definition

Escrow Funds means the Advance funds deposited with the Escrow Agent pursuant to this Agreement.
Escrow Funds means the funds deposited with NCPS pursuant to this Escrow Agreement.
Escrow Funds means the funds deposited with Escrow Agent pursuant to Section 3 of this Agreement, together with any interest and other income thereon.

Examples of Escrow Funds in a sentence

  • The Escrow Funds shall be governed by the terms of this Agreement and the Escrow Agreement and shall be released and distributed in accordance with Section 3.10(e) and Section 3.10(f).
