Escrow Release definition

Escrow Release has the meaning assigned to such term in the Escrow Agreement.
Escrow Release has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(c)(ii).
Escrow Release as used herein shall refer to a disbursement of funds and/or a reduction of a Letter of Credit as applicable.

More Definitions of Escrow Release

Escrow Release means the release of all of the Escrowed Property from the Escrow Account and of the Trustee’s Lien thereon and security interest therein pursuant to and in accordance with the terms of the Escrow Agreement.
Escrow Release means each distribution of Subscriber funds to the Issuing Party, or to Company on the Issuing Party’s behalf, by the escrow agent.
Escrow Release means the release of the Escrowed Funds to, or at the order of, the Company pursuant to the terms of the Escrow Agreement.
