ESG Certificate definition

ESG Certificate means a certificate in the form set out in Schedule 3B (ESG Certificate) to this Additional Facility AY Accession Agreement as may be amended from time to time with the consent of UPC Broadband and the Facility Agent.

Examples of ESG Certificate in a sentence

  • Each applicable Sustainability-Linked Adjustment shall apply only until the date on which the next adjustment is due to take place upon the earlier of (x) the Borrower’s delivery of a subsequent ESG Certificate or (y) the date by which such ESG Certificate is required to have been delivered by the ESG Amendment.
