ESOP Plan Documents definition

ESOP Plan Documents means collectively, the governing agreements and other documents and instruments of the ESOP, in each case as in effect as of the date hereof and as may be amended in a manner permitted by Section 4.10 hereof.

ESOP Plan Documents means collectively, the documents listed on Schedule 1.01(a), each as may be amended, supplemented or modified from time to time as permitted by Section 6.09.
