Essential Infrastructure definition

Essential Infrastructure. ’ means any installation, structure, facility or system, whether publicly or privately owned, the loss or damage of, or the tampering with, 10 which may interfere with the provision or distribution of a basic service to the public; and

Essential Infrastructure or ‘Critical Infrastructure’ means assets, infrastructure, systems and networks that provide essential services necessary for social and economic wellbeing and is typically public infrastructure.
