EURIBO Rate definition

EURIBO Rate means, for any Interest Period, the rate appearing on Page 248 of the Moneyline Telerate Service (or on any successor or substitute page of such Service, or any successor to or substitute for such Service, providing rate quotations comparable to those currently provided on such page of such Service, as determined by the Agent from time to time for purposes of providing quotations of interest rates applicable to deposits in Euro by reference to the Banking Federation of the European Union Settlement Rates for deposits in Euro) at approximately 10:00 a.m., London time, two Business Days prior to the commencement of such Interest Period, as the rate for deposits in Euro with a maturity comparable to such Interest Period or, if for any reason such rate is not available, the average (rounded upward to the nearest whole multiple of 1/16 of 1% per annum, if such average is not such a multiple) of the respective rates per annum at which deposits in Euros are offered by the principal office of each of the Reference Banks in London, England to prime banks in the London interbank market at 11:00 A.M. (London time) two Business Days before the first day of such Interest Period in an amount substantially equal (x) in the case of Revolving Credit Borrowings, to such Reference Bank’s Eurocurrency Rate Advance comprising part of such Revolving Credit Borrowing to be outstanding during such Interest Period and for a period equal to such Interest Period (subject, however, to the provisions of Section 2.08(e)) or (y) in the case of Competitive Bid Borrowings, to the amount that would be the Reference Banks’ respective ratable shares of such Borrowing if such Borrowing were to be a Revolving Credit Borrowing to be outstanding during such Interest Period and for a period equal to such Interest Period (subject, however, to the provisions of Section 2.08(e)).
EURIBO Rate means, for any Interest Period, in the case of any Term Benchmark Borrowing denominated in Euro, the Euro interbank offered rate administered by the European Money Markets Institute (or any other Person that takes over the administration of such rate) for a term equal to the term of the relevant Interest Period appearing on the Bloomberg screen page (currently EURIBOR01) (or, in the event such rate does not appear on a page of the Bloomberg screen, on the appropriate page of such other information service that publishes such rate as shall be selected by the Administrative Agent from time to time in its reasonable discretion) at approximately 11:00 a.m. (Brussels time), on such date, or if such date is not a Business Day, on the immediately preceding Business Day (the “EURIBO Screen Rate”).

  • Revolving Credit Loans (w) denominated in Dollars may be Base Rate Loans or Term SOFR Loans, (x) denominated in Euros shall be EURIBO Rate Loans, (y) denominated in Pounds Sterling shall be RFR Loans and (z) denominated in Yen shall be XXXX Loans (and for the avoidance of doubt, RFR Loans), as further provided herein.

  • Term Loans (x) denominated in Dollars may be Base Rate Loans or Term SOFR Loans, (y) denominated in Euros shall be EURIBO Rate Loans and (z) denominated in Pounds Sterling or Yen shall be RFR Loans, in each case, as further provided herein.

  • Any prepayment of a EURIBO Rate Loan, a Term SOFR Loan or an RFR Loan shall be accompanied by all accrued interest thereon, together with any additional amounts required pursuant to Section 3.05.

  • Thereafter, the obligation of the Lenders to make or maintain EURIBO Rate Loans, Term SOFR Loans or RFR Loans shall be suspended until the Administrative Agent (upon the instruction of the Required Lenders) revokes such notice.

  • The Administrative Agent and its affiliates or other related entities may engage in transactions that affect the calculation of the Alternate Base Rate, the Daily Simple RFR, TermDaily Simple SOFR, the CDO RateTerm SOFR, Daily Compounded CORRA, Term CORRA, the Adjusted EURIBO Rate, the AUD Rate, the TIBOR Rate, any alternative, successor or replacement rate (including any Benchmark Replacement) or any relevant adjustments thereto, in each case, in a manner adverse to the Borrower.

EURIBO Rate means, with respect to any Eurocurrency Borrowing denominated in Euro for any Interest Period, the rate per annum equal to the Banking Federation of the European Union EURIBO Rate (“BFEA EURIBOR”), as published by Reuters (or another commercially available source providing quotations of BFEA EURIBOR as designated by the Agent from time to time) at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two TARGET Days prior to the commencement of such Interest Period, for deposits in Euro (for delivery on the first day of such Interest Period) with a term equivalent to such Interest Period.
EURIBO Rate has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition ofEurocurrency Rate”.

(London time) two Business Days before the first day of such Interest Period in an amount substantially equal to such Reference Bank’s Eurocurrency Rate Advance comprising part of such Borrowing in Euros to be outstanding during such Interest Period and for a period equal to such Interest Period (subject, however, to the provisions of Section 2.07).
EURIBO Rate means, with respect to any Eurocurrency Borrowing denominated in Euro for any Interest Period, the rate per annum equal to the Banking Federation of the European Union EURIBO Rate (“BFEA EURIBOR”), as published by Reuters (or another commercially available source providing quotations of BFEA EURIBOR as designated by the Administrative Agent from time to time) at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two Target Days prior to the commencement of such Interest Period, for deposits in Euro (for delivery on the first day of such Interest Period) with a term equivalent to such Interest Period; provided that if such rate is not available at such time for any reason, then the “EURIBO Rate” for such Interest Period shall be the Interpolated Rate.
EURIBO Rate means, with respect to any Term Benchmark Borrowing denominated in euro and for any Interest Period, the EURIBOR Screen Rate at approximately 11:00 a.m., Brussels time, two (2) TARGET2 Days prior to the commencement of such Interest Period.
