Euro Account definition

Euro Account means any account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 2.3(o) of the Administration Agreement.
Euro Account means, in relation to a person, an account nominated by or on behalf of such person pursuant to Condition 5.2 and into which euro payments in respect of the Notes may be credited or transferred.
Euro Account means the Euro denominated account held in the name of the Company with the Issuing Bank, sort code 40-05-15, account number 00000000 and any Associated Account denominated in Euro.

More Definitions of Euro Account

Euro Account means the securities account designated as the “Euro Account” and any sub-accounts under the Account Control Agreement created and maintained on the books and records of the Account Bank for the deposit of Euros in the name of the Borrower and subject to the Lien of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.
Euro Account means the Euro denominated interest-bearing bank account held in the name of the Issuer with the Transaction Account Bank, as well as any other Euro denominated bank accounts specified as such by or on behalf of the Issuer with the consent of the Note Trustee in addition to or in substitute for such Euro Account in accordance with the Transaction Account Agreement and the Security Trust Deed;
