Euro Amount definition

Euro Amount means, at any time:

Euro Amount of any currency at any date means (a) if such currency is Euro, the amount of such currency, or (b) with respect to any amount in any currency other than Euro, the equivalent in Euro of such amount, calculated on the basis of the Exchange Rate for such currency on or as of the most recent Computation Date provided for in Section 2.04.

Euro Amount means, at any time, (a) with respect to any Loan or Commitment denominated in Euros, the principal amount thereof then outstanding, and (b) with respect to any Loan or Commitment denominated in Dollars, the principal amount thereof then outstanding in Dollars, converted to Euros in accordance with Section 1.08.

• C3.5 By 11:00 a.m. NYC time, following receipt of the notice from the Depository confirming the transfer of the Basket Euro Amount to the Deposit Account, the Trustee notifies its transfer agent service desk that it has authorized the creation and issuance of Baskets in the number specified, and to increase the number of Shares outstanding accordingly.

• C3 CREATION T+2 C3.1 By 3:30 p.m. Frankfurt time (usually 9:30 a.m. NYC time), the Depository has received each Authorized Participant’s wire transfer of the Basket Euro Amount in the Deposit Account.

• C3.2 As of 3:30 p.m. Frankfurt time, the Depository notifies the Trustee that the Basket Euro Amount has been transferred into the Deposit Account by an authenticated electronic message (SWIFT MT910).

Euro Amount means, in relation to an Advance: if the notice requesting that Advance requested that it be denominated in euro, the amount specified in that notice or

Euro Amount means, in relation to an Advance, the amount of that Advance in Euros specified in the relevant Drawdown Notice.

Euro Amount means, at any time, (a) with respect to any amount denominated in Euros, such amount and (b) with respect to any amount denominated in any Alternative Currency, the equivalent amount thereof in Euros at the most favorable spot exchange rate for the purchase of Euros with such Alternative Currency, as determined by the Administrative Agent or the Issuer, as applicable, at approximately 11:00 A.M. (the time of the Administrative Agent) 2 Business Days prior to the date on which the foreign exchange computation is made.

Euro Amount means the product of the Dollar Amount (as determined pursuant to Section 4(a)(i), (ii), (iii) or (iv)) multiplied by the conversion rate set forth in the definition of "Dollar/Euro Fixed Exchange Rate."

Euro Amount means (a) in relation to a Drawing to be drawn down in euros, the amount in euros so drawn down and (b) in relation to a Drawing to be drawn down in an Optional Currency, the amount in euros which would be required to purchase the principal amount of that Drawing as determined in accordance with clause 4.7 and, in the case of a Term Drawing, as adjusted at the end of each Interest Period in accordance with clause 4.12, in each case as reduced by any repayment or prepayment under this Agreement.

Euro Amount means, in relation to a Loan, the amount specified in the Utilisation Request delivered by the Borrower for that Loan (or, if the amount requested is not denominated in euro, that amount converted into euro at a rate agreed between the Lender and the Borrower on or prior to the date of the Utilisation Request as being applicable to that Loan).

Euro Amount of any currency at any date means (i) the amount of such currency if such currency is euros or (ii) the equivalent amount of euros if such currency is any currency other than euros, calculated at approximately 11:00 a.m. (London Time) as set forth on the applicable Reuters Screen on the date of determination; provided that if more than one rate is listed then the applicable conversion rate shall be the arithmetic average of such rates. If for any reason such conversion rates are not available, the Euro Amount shall be calculated using the arithmetic average of the spot buying rates for such currency in euros as quoted to the Administrative Agent by three foreign exchange dealers of recognized standing in the United States selected by the Administrative Agent at approximately 11:00 a.m. (London time) on any date of determination.
