Euro Amount definition

Euro Amount means, at any time:

Euro Amount of any currency at any date shall mean (i) the amount of such currency if such currency is Euro or (ii) the Equivalent Amount of Euro if such currency is any currency other than Euro, calculated on the basis of the arithmetic mean of the buy and sell spot rates of exchange of the Lending Installation of the Eurocurrency Agent for such currency on the London market at 11:00 a.m., London time, on or as of the most recent Computation Date.

Euro Amount means, at any time, (a) with respect to any Loan or Commitment denominated in Euros, the principal amount thereof then outstanding, and (b) with respect to any Loan or Commitment denominated in Dollars, the principal amount thereof then outstanding in Dollars, converted to Euros in accordance with Section 1.08.

• C3.6 By 11:00 a.m. NYC time, following receipt of notice from the Trustee’s transfer agent service desk that the number of Shares now outstanding has been increased, the Trustee notifies its DTC operations desk to release the increased number of Shares through DTC to the DTC participant accounts of the Authorized Participants scheduled to receive Baskets on CREATION T+2 for whom the Trustee has received confirmation from the Depository that the Basket Euro Amount has been received into the Deposit Account.

• C3.4 At 11:00 a.m. NYC time, following receipt of the notice from the Depository confirming the transfer of the Basket Euro Amount to the Deposit Account, the Trustee authorizes the creation and issuance of the Baskets ordered by each Authorized Participant on CREATION T for which the Trustee has received confirmation from the Depository of receipt of the Basket Euro Amount.

• C3.5 By 11:00 a.m. NYC time, following receipt of the notice from the Depository confirming the transfer of the Basket Euro Amount to the Deposit Account, the Trustee notifies its transfer agent service desk that it has authorized the creation and issuance of Baskets in the number specified, and to increase the number of Shares outstanding accordingly.

• C3 CREATION T+2 C3.1 By 3:30 p.m. Frankfurt time (usually 9:30 a.m. NYC time), the Depository has received each Authorized Participant’s wire transfer of the Basket Euro Amount in the Deposit Account.

• C3.2 As of 3:30 p.m. Frankfurt time, the Depository notifies the Trustee that the Basket Euro Amount has been transferred into the Deposit Account by an authenticated electronic message (SWIFT MT910).

More Definitions of Euro Amount

Euro Amount means, in relation to an Advance: if the notice requesting that Advance requested that it be denominated in Euros, the amount specified in that notice; or

Euro Amount means, in relation to an Advance, the amount of that Advance in Euros specified in the relevant Drawdown Notice.

Euro Amount means, at any time, (a) with respect to any amount denominated in Euros, such amount and (b) with respect to any amount denominated in any Alternative Currency, the equivalent amount thereof in Euros at the most favorable spot exchange rate for the purchase of Euros with such Alternative Currency, as determined by the Administrative Agent or the Issuer, as applicable, at approximately 11:00 A.M. (the time of the Administrative Agent) 2 Business Days prior to the date on which the foreign exchange computation is made.

Euro Amount means the product of the Dollar Amount (as determined pursuant to Section 4(a)(i), (ii), (iii) or (iv)) multiplied by the conversion rate set forth in the definition of "Dollar/Euro Fixed Exchange Rate."

Euro Amount means, in relation to a Loan, the amount specified in the Utilisation Request delivered by the Borrower for that Loan (or, if the amount requested is not denominated in euro, that amount converted into euro at a rate agreed between the Lender and the Borrower on or prior to the date of the Utilisation Request as being applicable to that Loan).

Euro Amount means for purposes of calculating Available Commitments, Available Facility Amount, Outstandings and Fees and determining the Majority Banks and the Tranche A Majority Banks, as at any date:

Euro Amount means, in relation to a Revolving Credit Facility Loan, the amount specified in the Utilisation Request for that Revolving Credit Facility Loan (or, if the amount requested is not denominated in Euros, that amount converted into Euros at the Facility Agent's Spot Rate of Exchange on the date which is in relation to a Utilisation three (3) Business Days before the Utilisation Date or, if later, on the date the Facility Agent receives the Utilisation Request, adjusted to reflect any repayment, prepayment, consolidation or division or reduction of the Revolving Credit Facility Loan).
