Examples of Euro Business Day in a sentence
If any interest payment date, maturity date or earlier redemption date applicable to the Euro Notes of any series falls on a day that is not an Euro Business Day, the required payment shall be made on the next Euro Business Day as if it were made on the date the payment was due and no interest shall accrue on the amount so payable for the period from and after that interest payment date, that maturity date or that redemption date, as the case may be, until the next Euro Business Day.
The EURIBOR Determination Date is the second (2nd) Euro Business Day prior to the Interest Reset Date for each Interest Reset Period.
If any day for payment of principal or interest in respect of any Note is not a Euro Business Day such payment shall be made on the first following day that is a Euro Business Day and the holders of such Notes shall not be entitled to any interest or other sums in respect of such postponed payment.
