Euro Equivalent definition

Euro Equivalent means, at any time, with respect to any amount denominated in Dollars, the equivalent amount thereof in Euros as determined by the Administrative Agent or the L/C Issuer, as the case may be, at such time on the basis of the Spot Rate (determined in respect of the most recent Revaluation Date) for the purchase of Euros with Dollars.
Euro Equivalent means, with respect to any monetary amount in a currency other than euro, at any time of determination thereof by BP I, BP II or the Trustee, the amount of euro obtained by converting such currency other than euro involved in such computation into euro at the spot rate for the purchase of euro with the applicable currency other than euro as published in The Financial Times in the “Currency Rates” section (or, if The Financial Times is no longer published, or if such information is no longer available in The Financial Times, such source as may be selected in good faith by BP I or BP II) on the date of such determination.
Euro Equivalent means, with respect to any monetary amount in a currency other than euro, at any time for the determination thereof, the amount of euro obtained by converting such foreign currency involved in such computation into euro at the spot rate for the purchase of euro with the applicable foreign currency as published under “Currency Rates” in the section of the Financial Times entitled “Currencies, Bonds & Interest Rates” on the date that is two Business Days prior to such determination.

Euro Equivalent means, on any date of determination, (a) with respect to any amount in Euros, such amount and (b) with respect to any amount in Dollars or any Foreign Currency other than Euros, the equivalent in Euros of such amount or determined by the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 1.03(b) using the Exchange Rate with respect to such currency of the time in effect under the provisions of such Section.
Euro Equivalent means, at any time for the determination thereof, the amount of Euros which could be purchased with the amount of Dollars involved in such computation at the spot rate of exchange therefor as quoted by the Administrative Agent as of 11:00 A.M.
