Euro Notes definition

Euro Notes means the Euro Global Notes and the Euro Definitive Registered Notes, collectively.
Euro Notes means the Company's 12-3/4% Senior Notes due 2010 denominated in Euro.
Euro Notes means the 3.625% Senior Notes due 2030 issued by the Company pursuant to that certain Indenture, dated as of the Issue Date, by and between the Company and the Trustee, in an initial aggregate principal amount of €1,100,000,000.

  • Holders must surrender Euro Notes to a Paying Agent to collect principal payments.

  • An Event of Default under the Indenture or the Euro Notes shall constitute an event of default under this Guarantee, and shall entitle the Holders of Notes to accelerate the obligations of the undersigned hereunder in the same manner and to the same extent as the obligations of the Company.

Euro Notes means the Initial Euro Notes, the Exchange Euro Notes and the Additional Euro Notes, if any.
