Eurocurrency Borrowing means a Loan that bears interest at a rate based on the Adjusted Eurocurrency Rate.
Eurocurrency Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Eurocurrency Loans. “Eurocurrency Loan” shall mean any Eurocurrency Term Loan or Eurocurrency Revolving Loan.
