Eurocurrency Borrowing definition
Eurocurrency Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Eurocurrency Loans.
Eurocurrency Borrowing means a Loan that bears interest at a rate based on the Adjusted Eurocurrency Rate.
Eurocurrency Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Eurocurrency Loans. “Eurocurrency Loan” shall mean any Eurocurrency Term Loan or Eurocurrency Revolving Loan.

Thereafter, the Borrower may elect to convert such Borrowing to a different Type or to continue such Borrowing and, in the case of a Term SOFR Borrowing or a Eurocurrency Borrowing, may elect Interest Periods therefor, all as provided in this Section 2.07.
