Event Manual means the document provided to the Event Contributor setting out, amongst other things, the rules and regulations for the conduct at the Event as directed by XXXX and the Venue.

For the avoidance of doubt: any defined words contained in this Event Manual shall have the same meaning and interpretation as set out in the Team Entry Agreement; and the Event Manual (including the Event Rules) will be amended and updated from time to time and will be deemed to be included as part of the Event Manual.

Prospectus means the Prospectus document which describes the Event and the options and benefits for Event Contributors and includes the Booking Form and this Agreement. Representative means in respect of a party, an officer, director, employee or agent of that party, but the Event Contributor is not a Representative of ASFA and XXXX is not a representative of the Event Contributor. Venue is specified in the Prospectus.
