Examples of Event Marks in a sentence
All intellectual property rights (including, but not limited to, copyright, trademarks, and design rights) in the Event Marks shall be solely and exclusively owned by the Organizer, together with any goodwill therein, and the Sponsor/Exhibitor shall not acquire any rights in the Event Marks.
Upon expiry or termination of this Agreement, the parties agree that: our obligations to provide any further Sponsor Benefits shall cease; any licences granted pursuant to this Agreement shall immediately cease; and you shall destroy any Sponsor Literature and remove the Event Marks from any other materials in your possession.
The festival reserves the right to accept or reject sponsors at its sole discretion and may terminate this Sponsorship Agreement at any time, in which case Sponsor’s rights to use the Event Marks will terminate immediately, and the Festival will refund to Sponsor any sponsorship fees paid to the Festival less any out of pocket expenses incurred, and return any unused in-kind contribution received, under this Sponsorship Agreement.
The Sponsor/Exhibitor shall, prior to distributing any promotional materials referencing the Event and/or using the Event Marks (the "Sponsor Materials") provide copies of the Sponsor Materials to the Organizer for their approval (not to be unreasonably withheld).
We shall, within seven days of signature of this Agreement by both parties, supply you with examples of the Event Marks in a suitable format.
