Event Sponsor definition

Event Sponsor means a third-party sponsor of the Event.
Event Sponsor means the individual who is over the age of 18 years, seeking to hold an event involving the serving of alcohol. The Event Sponsor must be in attendance at the event.
Event Sponsor means the organization or individual who has been granted a Park Use Permit for a Commercial or Non-Commercial Event as defined herein.

Examples of Event Sponsor in a sentence

  • If breach occurs fewer than ten (10) days prior to the Event, Sponsor may terminate this Agreement for breach if such breach is not cured by the first day of the Event.

  • If Maryland REALTORS® receives notice of breach fewer than ten (10) days prior to the Event, Sponsor may terminate this Agreement for breach if such breach is not cured by the day of the Event.

  • Please contact the Event Sponsor or third party to learn more about its practices with respect to any information that it collects.

  • By sponsoring at the Event, Sponsor grants to PPAI a fully paid, perpetual non-exclusive license to use, display and reproduce the name, trade names and product name, of Sponsor in any directory (print, electronic or other media) listing the sponsoring companies at the Event and to use such names in PPAI promotional materials.

  • The Event Sponsor must request the event by submitting a T-SPACE Reservation in accordance with the Event Review Guidelines.


More Definitions of Event Sponsor

Event Sponsor means any organizer, promoter, coordinator, person, group, corporation, partnership, governing body, association, or other public or private organization, or property owner that is responsible for the operation of a special event.
Event Sponsor means the External Organization, Partner Organization or University Organization that has reserved a University facility for an Event.
Event Sponsor means the legislative office that is sponsoring a non-legislative event.
Event Sponsor is responsible for the following:  To notify “SUPERIOR NORTH EMS” a minimum of 24 hours in advance, in the event of cancellation of the Special Event. Failure to do so will result in a minimum 4-hour charge.  To notify the on site Ambulance Service of any request for emergency medical service on the event site. This may be done by personal contact with the assigned Paramedics, by providing the Paramedics with communication equipment compatible with that being used at the Special Event, or by providing the Paramedics with a cell phone.  To ensure clear ambulance vehicle access/egress.  To not in any way impede/obstruct the Paramedics in the performance of their duties.  To ensure crowd control for the Paramedics while performing their duties.  To provide utilities if required.
Event Sponsor is financially responsible for any time over and above the total time that may result from any ambulance service call related to the Special Event.
Event Sponsor agrees to indemnify the City of Thunder Bay the operator of “SUPERIOR NORTH EMS” for any claims resulting from negligent act(s) and/or omission(s) by the Event Sponsor during the Special Event.
Event Sponsor agrees to pay the “CITY OF THUNDER BAY”, in advance, for all ambulance service costs associated with the Special Event, as calculated on the “Costs Formula” section.
