Excess Cash Payment Period definition

Excess Cash Payment Period means, with respect to the repayment required on each successive Excess Cash Payment Date, the immediately preceding fiscal quarter of Holdings (commencing for the fiscal quarter of Holdings ending on or about December 31, 2017; provided that for the fiscal quarter ending on or about December 31, 2017 the Excess Cash Payment Period shall be the time period from the last day of the fiscal quarter during which the Closing Date occurs through the fiscal quarter ending on or about December 31, 2017).
