Excess Proceeds Account. The separate account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 3.25, which shall be entitled "Bankers Trust Company, in trust for registered holders of the DLJ Mortgage Acceptance Corp. Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 1996-Q2, Excess Proceeds Account," and which account or accounts shall be an Eligible Account.
