Excess Rate definition

Excess Rate. With respect to each ARD Loan, the excess of (i) the applicable Revised Rate over (ii) the applicable Mortgage Rate, each as set forth in the Mortgage Loan Schedule.
Excess Rate. With respect to each of the Mortgage Loans indicated on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as having a Revised Rate, the excess of (i) the applicable Revised Rate over (ii) the applicable Mortgage Rate, each as set forth in the Mortgage Loan Schedule.
Excess Rate means the rate of additional fees that the Licensee pays per megabyte for its use of the Products beyond the Periodic Allowance, being: if the Licensee pays its Fees on a monthly basis, the Fees per month divided by the Periodic Allowance; or if the Licensee pays its Fees on a yearly basis, the Fees per year divided by 12 divided by the Periodic Allowance.

Examples of Excess Rate in a sentence

  • The amount equivalent to the Excess Rate on the Capital# will be distributed to the members or external retirement scheme investors provided that the following conditions are satisfied: they have held units in the Fund and remain members or external retirement scheme investors as at the last date of the relevantcalendar year (i.e. 31 December of that calendar year) and at the time of actual distribution (i.e. Crediting Day) (referred to as "Eligible Members").

  • Crediting of the Excess Rate after the end of the calendar year If the Declared Rate of Return declared by China Life for that calendar year is higher than the Guaranteed Rate of Return (the excess being the "Excess Rate"), an amount equivalent to the Excess Rate on the Capital# will be distributed after the declaration of the Declared Rate of Return (normally within 30 Business Days after the aforesaid declaration) by means of additional bonus units of the Fund ("Crediting Day").

More Definitions of Excess Rate

Excess Rate means the rate of 4% p.a. above the BLR on daily rest or any other rate as may be determined by HLB at its absolute discretion at any time and from time to time with prior notice.
