Excess Use definition

Excess Use means the gas used by a curtailment customer over the amount allowed under a curtailment notice issued by the Company pursuant to these rules.

Such payment will be paid by the School District to the teacher only during the period of disability. In no event will the additional compensation paid to the teacher by virtue of sick leave pay result in the payment of a total daily, weekly, or monthly compensation that exceeds the base compensation of the teacher. d. A teacher who is absent from work as a result of an injury compensable under the Workers' Compensation Act and/or an absence qualifying the teacher for LTD payments who elects to receive sick leave pursuant to this Agreement, will submit their workers' compensation check and/or LTD payment, endorsed to the School District prior to receiving payment from the School District for this absence. e. A teacher who is unable to perform teaching duties and responsibilities due to a physical assault resulting in an injury which occurs while on duty as a result of a work-related incident will be entitled to compensation without use of sick leave for the first three (3) days of absence per incident. Any additional days needed by the employee without the use of sick leave will be mutually agreed to in collaboration between the district and union up to a total of fifteen (15) days. The district may require employee to be seen by a district selected medical provider and provide documentation that outlines return to work conditions. Excess Use means, in relation to a Dwelling, the use of Water Services that will result in a liability (once the Legal Framework is in place) for the payment of the Excess Use Charge (but, for the purposes of this Water Charges Plan does not include circumstances where (a) the liability to pay Excess Use Charges is wholly reduced by the application of an additional Allowance Amount or (b) an exemption from Excess Use Charges has been granted under S53F of the 2007 Act for certain medical needs).

More Definitions of Excess Use

Excess Use means the use of Water Services by a Dwelling over the Annual Allowance.
