Exchange Access means as defined in the Act.

  • The term “Frontier Retail Telecommunications Service” does not include any Exchange Access service (as defined in Section 3(16) of the Act, 47 U.S.C. § 153(16)) provided by Frontier.

  • Each Party shall provide to the other Party, in accordance with this Agreement, but only to the extent required by Applicable Law, interconnection at (i) any mutually agreed technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Frontier’s network in a LATA and/or (ii) a fiber meet point to which the Parties mutually agree under the terms of this Agreement, for the transmission and routing of Telephone Exchange Service and Exchange Access.

  • Switched Exchange Access Services include but may not be limited to: Feature Group A, Feature Group B, Feature Group D, 700 access, 800 access, 888 access and 900 access.

  • Frontier will not be liable for compensation to any Other Carrier for any traffic that is transported through Frontier’s Tandem and Frontier reserves the right to assess to Onvoy any additional charges or costs any Other Carrier imposes or levies on Frontier for the delivery or termination of such traffic, including any Switched Exchange Access Service charges.

  • Switched Exchange Access Service traffic is not Tandem Transit Traffic.
